Here at Port Royal Baptist Church, we believe in an approach to missions that is integrated and mirrors that of Acts 1:8 which reads “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” In addition to our doctrinal affiliations with the Savannah River Baptist Association, the South Carolina Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention, we come along side other ministries and works, both formally and informally from time to time, in order to share the gospel more effectively. Below you will find our current partnerships and helps.

Local Partnerships

State / Regional Partnerships

George and Robin Lewis, North American Mission Board Missions Service Corps Volunteers operate Freedom Center Ministries in Cumberland, KY. The Freedom Center serves the people of Eastern Kentucky by meeting physical needs and sharing the Good News of Christ. The Center provides new and gently used clothing, household items, family size toiletry items, and hygiene products for a minimal donation. Annually, Port Royal Baptist Church sends a volunteer team to assist them in their work by serving in the thrift store, clothing warehouse, and community ministry events.
