Born to Read is a non-profit organization that visits new mothers in the hospital to discuss the importance of daily reading with their babies starting in infancy. Each new parent is given a gift bag containing to books. If an older sibling is present during the visit, an age-appropriate book is given. Monetary donation in any amount would be appreciated since Born to Read can purchase books in bulk at a reduced cost. "Board books" can be donated, but must be new since they are going into a hospital environment.
